Turnaround depends on your plan. Orders of fewer than 10 posters are typically delivered within 2 business days of receiving your content and payment. Contact our support team for a precise estimate for your order.
How are the designs delivered? +
All designs are delivered as high-quality soft copies in JPG, PNG or PDF format — ready to post on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or send to print.
Can I share references for the design? +
Absolutely! References of styles, colours or layouts you like are always welcome — our creative team uses them to get your design right faster.
Do you support revisions? +
Yes. Each plan includes revision rounds — 1 in Monthly, 2 in Festival and 3 in Yearly. If a change exceeds roughly 90% of the original design, a small additional charge applies.
Can I be present during the design process? +
We work from a virtual office and collaborate online, so live sit-in sessions aren't part of our process. If you're near our location, our team can arrange a meeting. We keep you closely involved through previews and revision rounds.
Do you provide free samples? +
We don't send free samples, but you can order a single custom poster for just ₹150 to experience our quality before committing to a plan.
